A Bat-Logo for a Batman Bat-Display!
LEGO have graced us in the early parts of 2026 with a slew of Batman sets – lining up with the 20 year anniversary of Batman sets. Not to shy away from display models, LEGO have given us an inverse version to their LEGO Batman Shadow Box Batcave model by giving us the LEGO DC Batman: Batman Logo! With a slew of parts and high hopes from some, how does it hold up? Read on.
Batman Logo
After a build experience of varying levels of complexity, the overall model gives a nicely shaped Batman display piece. With many greeble additions across the whole model, we get micro builds of various allusions to characters. This is not shy of almost the whole rogue’s gallery. With Catwoman’s whip, Riddler’s bowler hat, Poison Ivy’s vines… there’s a lot to see.
Take a look at our video of all the character references we found here.
I enjoy the fact the LEGO Designers decide to hide Batman in the set – especially inside a Bat-vault-like door. The placing of the greebling across the model may be somewhat overwhelming if you make a mistake, but the final effect is fantastic.
The one thing to note however is that this is very clearly a model to not be viewed from the back. With exposed technic, coloured pins and a light-grey shade, this is a front-only model.
Minifigure
Our stand actually includes two Batman figures in the model – one for display and one that’s away! Although both standard versions of Batman, the pearl gold version is the big allure here. This is our first gold-covered version of Batman, and I’m glad they printed the eyes on the helmet. I was concerned they might not have.
To a Batman collector, one of these isn’t new, but the other is. To fans? Yay Batman!
Verdict
This is a set for display that is a fantastic addition to a new Batman-fan on the LEGO scene. It’s bold, its evoking and clearly tells you ‘Batman’ from a distance.
For experienced or long-term collectors of Batman, the set has little appeal besides the collectable Gold Batman figure. There is of course the in-game tie-in of unlocking the Gold Batman character, but I don’t feel it has enough of an allure here for that.
As much as I like it a display model, I expect this to be on shelves for a while until the discounts hit.
