Season 7 Episode 9 – The ‘Movie Magic’ Challenge
Take a look at every build from LEGO Masters Australia Grand Masters of the Galaxy, the ‘Movie Magic’ challenge in Season 7 Episode 9.
Teams must create a Hollywood level car scene. They must create their own ‘sweet ride’ that will be put into a movie scene. David & G went home 1 episode too early, this was made for them!
Via random pick, teams will receive a background in which their vehicle must be based around. The background are Beach, Countryside, Snow, Forrest and Desert.
Teams are playing for a spot in the Semi-Finals as the top four teams!
Alex and Trent with the Magic Brick are automatically through!
Henry & Cade – Australia
Countryside – 1960s Cadillac
After a couple of direction changes, they ended up with this classic. Complete with hood ornament, wheel covers, and two tone colour.
Trent & Alex – Australia
Beach – Convertible
A smooth, 1950s inspired red convertible, complete with yellow surfboard in the back.
Dai & Jiayuan – China
Snow – Sports Car
A classic sports car! The two seater with a low to the ground profile and spoiler, with a nice contrasting colour to the snow.
Oskari & Aura – Finland
Deset – Jeep
After receiving feedback from Brickman that the proportions felt off, they made a few adjustments. It has all the accessories that a Jeep should have, jerry can, winch, big tires.
Vidar & Albin – Sweden
Forrest – Old Timey Car
Self-confessed ‘non-car’ guys, they guys created a classic old timey car, with smooth curves, inspired by old Hollywood movies.
Challenge Winners
The top two teams for the LEGO Masters ‘Movie Magic’ challenge, are Henry & Cade and Vidar & Albin.
Taking out the win and getting a hold of the Magic Brick is Henry & Cade.
With Trent & Alex safe from elimination, it leave Oskari & Aura and Dai & Jaiyuan in the bottom two.
Heading home from LEGO Masters Australia Grand Masters of the Galaxy, is Oskari and Aura from Finland.
