4 new LEGO Batman sets coming in 2026 to celebrate 20th anniversary
Can you believe it’s been almost 20-years since the LEGO Group released their first LEGO Batman set?!
That’s right, in 2006 the LEGO Group released 7 icon LEGO Batman sets. The Batman Dragster: Catwoman Pursuit (7779). Batboat: Hunt for Killer Croc (7780). Batmobile: Two-Face’s Escape (7781). Batwing: The Joker’s Aerial Assault (7782). Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze’s Invasion (7783). Batmobile: Ultimate Collector’s Edition (7784). Arkham Asylum (7785).
Not gonna lie… These LEGO sets went hard! And in a way, they set the scene for the next 20-years!
Since 2006, we have had multiple Batcaves, Arkham Asylums, large scale Batmobiles and a huge variety of different Bat-vehicles.
76330 – LEGO DC Batman – Batman Logo
We have seen both LEGO Marvel and LEGO Star Wars get their logo made out of LEGO bricks. But this Batman logo could be taking the cake. The LEGO Batman logo is covered in subtle details. It has a bunch of accessories all over the logo that reference different characters and moments in the Batman universe.
There is also a Batsuit vault to keep on of the Minifigures, plus there is an exlusive gold LEGO Batman! Not to mention the 20th anniversary printed coin tile.
76331 – LEGO DC Batman: Batman V Superman Batmobile
The snider Batmobile in Speed Champions scale, what a car! This one has the least amount of LEGO pieces out of the three Batmobiles, but due to the style of the car, that’s fair.
76332 – LEGO DC Batman: The Batman Batmobile
Patterson’s Batmobile has been done a couple of times before by LEGO, but not in this exact scale. It’s a basic bad a55 car and it’s doing its job!
76333 – LEGO DC Batman: Batman & Robin Batmobile
The most controversial Batman films of all time, Batman & Robin! I actually quite dig the look of this Batmobile as a LEGO model, but there is one important detail missing… and it’s nothing to do with the Batmobile. Ok, you know what I’m going to say… This Batman was quite well known for his nipples 😂. Now, LEGO historically do not do nipples, so I guess it’s no surprise that the Clooney Batman LEGO Minifigure doesn’t have them. But far out, it would have been funny if he did!
