LEGO Icons Shopping Street Modular for January 2026 Revealed

The LEGO Modular for 2026 has just been revealed!

January is a massive months for new LEGO sets, with over 150 new LEGO sets expected. One of my favourites for January is always the new LEGO Modular. Apart from that time they released it in December… But let’s move on!

This year’s LEGO Modular is the LEGO Icons Shopping Street. It keeps the classic LEGO Modular style we all love. It has 2 triangular shaped buildings on a 32×32 LEGO base plates. And we’ll have our hands on review for this set up shortly, so check back!

LEGO Icons Shopping Street

Immerse yourself in a creative project with the LEGO Icons Shopping Street building set for adults. Additionally, unwind as you build this captivating addition to the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection.
Inspired by European architecture, the LEGO Icons Shopping Street features angled walls, ornate facades and a central plaza.
Moreover, the three-level building includes a two-storey music shop filled with marching-band instruments. An adjacent furniture shop includes a counter, stools, a table and a small workshop.

Furthermore, the top floor offers a furnished flat with a bathroom and a peaceful roof garden. The roof garden also provides space for potted plants and a pigeon coop. This detailed model includes seven minifigures and a modular design for easy interior access.
